Fit Kids is a fitness program designed specifically for children aged between 5 to 12 years of age. It’s an after school program that also runs over the school holidays. Fit Kids is the coolest way for kids to get fit and healthy through innovative activities including games, aerobics and strength work.

This is a fun, fast and interactive hour, incorporating a combination of body weight resistance exercises and moderate to high intensity cardio activities, with combating boxing moves. The intensity is sure to burn of BIG calories, as well as offering you the opportunity to punch away the working week stress and frustration. Exercises can be modified to suit ALL fitness levels.
