Every one hour session is designed to encourage you to reach your desired health and fitness goals, as you train with and befriend like minded people, who are all achieving theirs.
Every session is strategically planned with you in mind, metabolically optimised and up to date with current advances in Exercise Science pushing you to your physical limits and bringing out your best.
And whilst we DO NOT yell or scream at you, but we will keep you motivated at all times and do expect you to put everything into each session.

This is a fun, fast and interactive hour, incorporating a combination of body weight resistance exercises and moderate to high intensity cardio activities, with combating boxing moves. The intensity is sure to burn of BIG calories, as well as offering you the opportunity to punch away the working week stress and frustration. Exercises can be modified to suit ALL fitness levels.
Are you bored with your aerobics class? and are looking for a high intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat? Then cardio-kickboxing may be for you. It is a high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 60-minute exercise routine.
Most aerobic kickboxing classes begin with light stretches and a cardio warm up. Typical routines include a series of repetitive punches, kicks and other self-defence moves, to upbeat music. Even though one is thrusting through the air rather than working against resistance it qualifies as a total body workout because it use several muscle groups and is intensely aerobic. Classes end with a cool down period.
Fit Kids is a 45 minute fitness program designed specifically for children aged between 5 to 12 years of age. It’s an after school program that also runs over the school holidays. Fit Kids is the coolest way for kids to get fit and healthy through innovative activities including games, aerobics and strength work. Our aim is to enhance your child’s gross motor skills, balance, co-ordination, agility, flexibility, endurance, team and social skills as well as confidence. Class numbers are limited so book in today!

This 60-minute circuit training routine combines cardiovascular exercise with resistance training to maximize the effectiveness of your workout. The goal of the workout is not to maximize strength gains or cardiovascular fitness, but rather to build strength and burn calories in an efficient manner. This program is specifically designed for a total body workout that focuses on the major muscle groups.
Core and Ab Ripper
Are you wanting to, or trying to achieve that elusive 6-pack, then this class is the challenge and abdominal work out you have been looking for. Not only is this a perfect compliment to all your strength, resistance and cardio workouts, but it will also greatly improve your balance, stability and posture and give you a leaner, trimmer and tighter waist line along with that elusive 6-pack.
How will I get that 6-pack?
By targeting the abdominal muscles, obliques, hip flexors, abductor & adductor muscles along with muscles of the lower back and pelvis with the use of extreme and intense body weight exercise in select routine which will stimulate high muscular contractivity and full 100% core engagement.
The 30 minute blast class will have your working overtime, with intense pain and great a test of will power, you will be severely challenged every second of its duration. The exercises are extreme, advanced and intense, and usually last between 30 seconds and 1 minute (depending on your strength & mental toughness), and there is little time for rest, as the exercises are continual.
