Kids parties are always so much fun, but they can be expensive, time-consuming to organise and finding the right party places can be difficult. Fear not! Our Kayak Birthday Parties are here to make your life easier by providing you with an alternative kid’s party experience in Wagga Wagga!
These outdoor birthday parties will not only keep your child entertained for hours but will also provide them with some much-needed exercise too. So when the party is over, they’ll have absolutely no problems with getting to sleep!
Let your kids explore kayaking on the Murrumbidgee River or Lake Albert, a real adventure for active children. Safety is always our priority. We will cover everything your kids need to know about kayaking on the waterways.
We start all birthday parties with a short safety briefing and then onto the water where the fun begins. We make sure the children are in control of their kayak by teaching them some basic manoeuvring and general kayaking skills before making our way along the river or lake.
If you are looking for something different to do on your child’s birthday this year, then a kayaking birthday party could be just the thing! Whatever your requirements, we’ll do our best to make it happen!!
We provide all kayaks and safety equipment.
We advise all kids to come dressed to get wet. Swimmers and or non-cotton insulating layers are best, while polyester and wool are even better. If your child has their own wetsuit they are welcome to wear that as well.
Please bring secure footwear, as well as sunscreen and a sun hat.
Sunglasses are encouraged but please ensure the glasses have a strap. If your child wears eyeglasses please make sure they also have a secure strap.
After the party, kids are usually wet, so we suggest bringing a towel. Please leave any valuables at home or in the car.

Hire of kayaks/paddle boards, paddles and life jackets, Qualified and experienced instructor for the duration.
Please note that our Kids Parties are best suited to children from 8 years upwards. Children do not need to have experience, but they MUST be competent swimmers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We recommend bringing your sunglasses, a hat, bottled water, sunblock and shoes that can get wet. Don’t forget a towel and swimmers too!
You will get comprehensive instructions on how to use the kayaks and safety equipment. Most of our customers are first timers, so having no experience is no problem.
The kayaks we use are SEAK Swift Kayaks, which are very stable and one of the safest sit on top kayaks you can get. The Swift is designed with the beginner in mind, so falling out of these kayaks is very hard.
Yes. We supply all the equipment. All you need to bring is: – Swimmers – Sunglasses – Footwear that can get wet (eg. Thongs, sandals) – Hat – Towel – Sun block – Bottle of water.
You must be able to swim to participate in any of our tours.
Yes Single Kayaks are rated at 110kg and Double Kayaks are rated at 270kg.
You will get a 100% refund or credit for another time if we cancel the party due to safety reasons.
